Enlighted (a Siemens company) is an Internet of Things (IoT) solutions company that delivers a technology platform for smart buildings.

Below are my accomplishments:

*Successfully redesigned and launched a legacy building energy analytics dashboard.

*Designed and launched an MVP tablet based IoT device mapping tool on a two person design team to support a growing Enterprise IoT software platform.

*Launched an MVP asset tracking and management IoT application.

*Defined and launched a new design system for the company’s first successful Android tablet app.

(Company closed August 2017 due to funding challenges) Simppler is a machine-learning-powered employee recommendations management platform. The software empowers internal recruiters to build better teams at their companies by making it easier for employees to refer people in their professional networks, and for recruiters to source warmer talent within their employees networks. I was responsible for the interaction and visual design of the user-facing parts of the platform. I worked with and reported directly to the Director of Product & Design.

*creating technical spec documents of designs for the engineering team to build

*prototyping interaction and visual designs with HTML/CSS/Sass and JQuery/JS so the designs can be efficiently implemented by the engineering team

• BAARC (Pro bono)

* Collaborated with brand manager to overhaul the current BAARC website.

* Determined design direction by conducting interviews with stakeholders to determine current site pain points and define BAARC's new brand strategy and site goals.

* Implemented design solutions and new site Architecture to increase membership rates, increase active volunteer roles, and drive greater donation rates through event attendance and online donations.

* Creating a custom WordPress site so it’s ready for BAARC's re-brand launch later this year.

• UPWORLD INC. (Pro bono)

* UX+UI+Visual Designer for new organization website.

* Interviewed stakeholders to define the project scope.

* Created high-fidelity mockups and specifications for a developer team to use during their build sprint.

• EVENT FOCUS

* Collaborated with the creative director of Event Focus to design and ship a microsite for Facebook's annual holiday party.

* Utilized rapid prototyping via interactive paper prototypes and video to communicate with the team.

* Facilitated the Information Architecture and Interaction Design so the site would be optimized for mobile viewing.

*Conducted detailed site surveys to gather geographic data for event locations.

* Plotted geographic data into CAD software to create accurate two dimensional space visualizations for our clients.

* Worked on initiatives to improve customer and employee physical and digital touch points with the services provided by our CAD department.

*Shipped high fidelity drawings to aid our sales team in meeting monthly revenue goals.

*Managed, retained and grew a portfolio of over fifty clients comprising the corporate, non-profit, and

special events sectors.

*Operated as the lead point of contact for my client needs and designed solutions to client problems pertaining to event budget, logistics, event marketing, and overall space design concepts for mid to large scale events.

*Managed full sales-cycles within a consultative manner.

Created presentation drawings and design proposal packages for clients seeking design

services for trade shows, product launch events, museum exhibits, and retail stores.

*Worked on a seven person team to deliver highly detailed custom built interactive exhibits for million-dollar museum projects.

*Researched materiality and construction solutions for our complex design problems.

*Collaborated with cross-disciplinary team to design and deliver engaging user experiences at every exhibit touch point.
