Currently designing WhAI end-to-end, an AI-driven platform that transforms complex business data into data-driven actionable decisions. Recently introduced AI-assisted design as a tool to accelerate ideation and super-fast prototype development to gather earlier stakeholders feedback while still maintaining a design thinking process and outcome quality.
Key Contributions:
•Cross-functional collaboration: Close collaboration daily with Machine Learning engineers, data scientists, Product Marketing and Go-to-market teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
•AI features design patterns: Design for specific to AI products and features through best-practices currently being built in the industry, ensuring transparency and good communication to the end user to decrease time to value (TTV), frustration and help jobs to be done completion.
•Design systems advocate: Creation, maintenance and governance of the design systems using Figma, thanks to a vice versa technical fluency for seamless developer handoff.
•AI-driven tools for designers: Enhanced the design thinking process as we know it from concept to ideation, personas mockups, prototypes, ecc by balancing the usage of AI-driven design tools together with traditional design tools to improve sharing ideas to stakeholders, cross teams, user testing and iterating.
•Data-driven design decisions: Used real user monitoring (RUM) analytics via Datadog to inform design decisions, iterations and measure product impact
•Ship fast, go deep: Led fast design cycles, balancing when to ship fast and when to go deep without compromising quality or timing.
•Technical collaboration: Work closely with development teams, utilizing design tokens, atomic design and technical fluency in React, Tailwind, Apache echarts, etc.
