•Design and create a unified, modern, and user friendly design system for product innovation, targeting millennials customers across all platforms (mobile and web)
•Create solutions with design strategies for a better front end customer experience relationship (onboarding, account settings, how to set up your account, Instant credit access and card verification, FICO scores, Mortgage) based on user research, personas, and datas with wireframes, rapid prototyping, and usability testing
•Lead design provocations on how to solution existing problems and cases with AI conversational experience designs, gamification on onboarding processes and reward system, and thinking on customer’s relationship-first strategies to engage users to easily achieve their goals
•Collaborate and closely communicate with other product designers, content designers, art directors, accessibility team, design architects, research team, and front-end developers to understand the customer’s pain points, developer’s and accessibility constraints, and to generate best solutions and feedback to deliver a better and new experience for our customers
