Product Designer - IBM CIO AI, Automation & Data Platform
I am a multifaceted designer based in New York City. Combining a passion for creativity with experience in visual design, frontend development, user research, and content creation, I help clients express themselves and their ideas through digital content.
I design intuitive, AI-powered experiences to deliver measurable impact at scale. My product design work incorporates user research, UX strategy, visual design, and AI integration to simplify complex workflows and accelerate business outcomes.
My user research, UX strategy, and visual design of the AI-powered due diligence tool for IBM’s M&A organization led to a successful launch in 2025. The tool increased contract review coverage from ~10% to 100%, improved contract review speed by 80% (from 45–60 min to ~10 min per review), and achieved 92% classification accuracy.
I streamlined the UX of a legacy accommodation request tool by leading a business process transformation that resulted in a 39% reduction in manual steps and the global expansion of the tool. I contributed user research and UX design on a cross-functional team while leading a workgroup to create a new component for the Carbon Design System.
I produced live events hosted by IBM executives for global audiences averaging 3,000 people.
I led visual design effort on an internal pricing and costing tool, incorporating UX designs, stakeholder interests, and IBM’s Carbon Design System. Prior to that I worked on a cross-functional team supporting an internal website-building service, utilizing and contributing to our internal design system.
Throughout various projects, I conducted user research, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking activities, and user testing throughout the design process to pinpoint user needs and ensure user-centered design. I also created 2D and 3D animated videos, which includes conceptualizing a vision, facilitating stakeholder ideation, performing content design, storyboarding, and illustrating assets.
During downtime from project work, I mentored junior designers in visual/multimedia design & navigating the design landscape.
Working on an agile team, I developed the content, UX design, and visual design for an educational website focused on helping designers work efficiently in an agile environment. I conducted user research and IBM Enterprise Design Thinking activities to construct user personas and pinpoint user needs. I also iterated on designs based on user tests and design reviews.
Throughout my internship I created animated event summary videos for various company engagement activities, including a CIO/DWE Hackathon and the 2019 Intern Project Showcase. Additionally, I co-facilitated an Enterprise Design Thinking workshop focused on accessible design for a group of high school girls in Girls Who Code.
As an Email Marketing Intern at The UConn Foundation, I helped with scheduling, segmenting, testing, proofreading, and reporting upon targeted email communications to alumni, parents, donors, and other members of UConn Nation. I utilized both technical and creative skills to design emails and assist with the development and execution of successful events-based and solicitation marketing strategies within the context of a philanthropic organization.
