•Developer for Payment Executor (PX), a distributed tier-1 service used to process consumer payments, refunds, and credits for bookings.
•Performed on-call duties such as investigating and resolving alerts, responding to support requests, and deploying and monitoring changes to multiple services.
•Created a new payment gateway ECS service as part of an API First initiative. Setup initial skeleton of the service and Spinnaker pipeline. Implemented code changes and functional tests in existing PX service to distinguish and validate transactions flowing through new service.
•Fixed service side code and functional tests for migration from using Crypto service to Payment Vault for storing and retrieving payment instruments.
