I worked with various parts of the system hardware and software to improve the process of printing on a Fuse 1. Specifically, I helped rebuild laser calibration processes with fewer sensors and faster runtime, allowing much improved user interaction and system accuracy. DARPA Fast Lightweight Autonomy: designed small UAVs to autonomously fly up to 20 meters/second through various environments (warehouses, forests, and office buildings), without the use of GPS or human intervention. Olin "LavaBot": led small team designing system of autonomous land and air vehicles which will self-direct a mission to retrieve samples from within a volcano.
