Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Product Management, Marketing, and Sales positions in the Medical Device, Diagnostic, and Biotechnology sectors
• Lead outbound business development efforts via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to secure new client partnerships.
• Manage a full sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract close, engaging VP and C-suite level decision makers.
• Deliver compelling sales messaging and consultative hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn CRM, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, RocketReach, and other internal tools to uncover leads and execute multi-touch campaigns.
• Own negotiation and closing across both sales and recruitment lifecycles.
• Stay informed on market trends to guide strategic conversations with clients.
