Hi there, I'm Lauren. I entered the nyc startup scene during college and have been designing for B2C and Saas tech companies for 10 years now. I’ve scaled a local product to nationwide, expanded product outreach to new demographic markets, and integrated AI technology into manual service flows. Recently, I focused on growth, engagement and retention, for a FinTech platform integrating Cryptocurrency. Today I'm designing with Fidelity Investments' Personal Investing business group, on the Digital Assets, End-to-End Crypto UX Team; focusing on the information architecture of trade and money movement.
