The origin of our business unit was Documentum, a pioneer and leader in enterprise content management (ECM). Customers ranged from fortune 100 companies to government entities across the globe. • Designed key features in various major products, including flagship platform xCP, InfoArchive, Supplier Exchange, Syncplicity Connector, and Captiva Web Capture. • Led design sessions and workshops for foundational concepts and design of SaaS platform and productivity apps branded as Leap Apps. • Directed creation of 3 design systems by utilizing well-known frameworks, such as Bootstrap and material design. In addition to the website, BioSpace developed custom web applications and tools for life sciences customers. At BioSpace.com and Discovery Innovations, I had a dual role including network operations and UX design. Key achievements were: • Under my leadership, the network operations team designed and maintained a stable and secure network and web hosting environment facilitating company growth and fulfillment of complex security requirements imposed by major pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. • Designed multiple web-based applications for our life sciences customers including: Eli Lilly, Celera, Merck, NIH, Pfizer, and others. Each app was focused on a specific segment of the drug discovery process. ### Network Administrator and Supervisor @ San Francisco District Attorney's Office Jan 1998 – Jan 1999 | San Francisco, CA • Fought for and won approval for a budget of approximately $275,000.
