When it comes to designing, I approach my process with an iterative mindset, constantly striving to refine and enhance products. My work revolves around two key priorities: advocating for the user experience and devising an effective and feasible solution for teams to implement.
Led design and UX for the Member Experience squad, partnering with product managers/engineering/design teams to define and prioritize problems, conceptualize designs, and strategize future iterations

Design lead for the Payments horizontal across all product services; responsible for discovery, user research, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for native app/web checkout experiences across consumer and enterprise products

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to create an end-to-end urgent care experience on web, while leading the design and UX efforts for the member dashboard

Worked extensively with the head of design and design team to build and uphold a design system for consumer and partner experiences

Defined and executed a process for facilitating feedback exchange within the design team, fostering design consistency, and maintaining order in design files for stakeholders
Led the redesign of the mobile app’s onboarding and activation flow experience from user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to final UI design

Organized, led, and conducted user research in the form of surveys, interviews, and in-person / remote usability testing, then analyzed results to validate and improve app features

Led the redesign of the website homepage from research to design, QA, and A/B testing in collaboration with executives and developers
