When it comes to designing, I approach my process with an iterative mindset, constantly striving to refine and enhance products. My work revolves around two key priorities: advocating for the user experience and devising an effective and feasible solution for teams to implement. 

Transitioning from the fashion industry to the tech industry allowed me to blend my innate creativity with focused problem-solving. Today, I am constantly searching for solutions that save time and energy without sacrificing effectiveness, all while adhering to an iterative and collaborative design process.

• Led design and UX for the Member Experience squad, partnering with product managers/engineering/design teams to define and prioritize problems, conceptualize designs, and strategize future iterations
• Design lead for the Payments horizontal across all product services; responsible for discovery, user research, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for native app/web checkout experiences across consumer and enterprise products
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to create an end-to-end urgent care experience on web, while leading the design and UX efforts for the member dashboard
