I'm Lebin, currently as a product designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm here to help people solve the problem and making life more convenient.  I'm a designer who also codes. So I can be involved in different stages of a design project.  From the brainstorming to the sketches and design. Testing and revise. Even the front-end development. Lead website redesign project. Work with business and marketing team members to gather requirements. Execute user experience and interface strategies and plan a responsive design for the e-commerce website.
Redesign the layout, navigation, search functions as well as other website elements to provide a better user experience on mobile devices. Reduced customer support issues related to the online shopping process by 40%.
Improved product detail page, user flow and simplified the checkout process. Doubled the website conversion rate to be above the industry average.
