As the Creative Director of Agtonomy, I am responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's visual identity and creative strategy. I work closely with cross-functional teams, and oversee all aspects of the creative process, from concept development and design to production and implementation.
As one of the founding members of the team, I successfully branded the company, creating a fresh and modern look that aligned with our business objectives and target audience. This included the development of a new logo, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral that effectively communicated our value proposition and key messaging.
I'm currently working on the development of new products and services, including our innovative TeleFarmer solution, collaborating with the product and engineering teams to ensure that our design solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals. This involves conducting user research and testing, as well as providing design direction and feedback to the team.
In addition to my creative responsibilities, I also foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to share their ideas and experiment with new approaches.
My role as the Creative Director at Agtonomy is instrumental in driving the company's success, both in terms of brand awareness and product development.

As the Head of Design at SaaStr, I was tasked with bringing the SaaStr community and brand to life through impactful design solutions. I successfully oversaw the development and execution of all creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines for all aspects of SaaStr event production, from signage and staging to digital and printed materials.
In addition to event production, I also managed the production of SaaStr's online community assets, including website design, e-books, social graphics, video production, and photography. This involved working closely with both internal and external members of the design team, video producers, and web designers to ensure that all assets were of the highest quality and aligned with SaaStr's branding guidelines.
Through my leadership, I was able to create a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team, fostering a collaborative environment that allowed us to consistently deliver outstanding results. I also provided mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow professionally.

Develop and manage creative from concept to finish for Up Top Agency. Initiate new creative within project teams and supervise development. Pitch creative, present multiple campaigns, direct photographers & shoots including talent, and finalize approvals with clients. Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects and ensure all campaigns meet strategic communication objectives and agencies standards of quality. Assist account executives to help clients recognize and develop marketing strategies and advertising initiatives. Mentor community members where/when I can.

My freelance work consisted of assisting brands and agencies in developing creative strategies for their projects. Execution would either be by myself or partners to execute. I always conveyed confidence and accuracy in the expected results and turnout of those campaigns. My client’s mediums include: traditional usage, such as TV, radio, print; digital usage, such as social media campaigns, digital ad spends, website design; and content creation; such as videography, photography, and content writing. Clients continue to seek me out for my honesty, integrity, and genuine investment in the continued success of their branded efforts.
