• Delighted customers by designing user-friendly apps and high-quality experiences in Figma and took early, iterative wireframes to successfully developed launches for 10+ high-end retail customers.
• Conducted brand research and collected competitive data alongside our internal UX researchers for our client Todd Snyder to identify pain points and propose new, updated designs and product pages for their responsive website, resulting in 5 new designs for their mobile and desktop site as well as handing off our Figma designs for Todd Snyder’s development team to implement.
• Collaborated with senior management, developers, PMs, business analysts, and customers to deliver quality, on-brand designs and ensured all requirements and use cases were fulfilled in each of our design flows.
• Audited 100+ apps to gather quantitative data on best trending UX practices for our UX experts to later present to Meta, use for our own reference, and ensure accessbility standards.
• Organized actively ran design audits on design builds in Test Flight or live apps in the App Store to catch bugs and design discrepancies to ensure our customers’ apps were constantly evolving beyond customer expectations.
• Located at least 50 bugs and design discrepancies across one app during a design audit and created a deck for the development team, notating where each bug existed in the live app and exact steps on how to replicate the bug.
