# Leesa Choy > Product Designer Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/leesa Hey there! I am a Senior Product Designer with a design background in high-end retail apps, responsive web, and thermostat interfaces and controls. I have taken apps from initial ideation with the client to working with a team of developers and seeing the app go live in the App Store. I thrive when I am challenged with design decisions, love to see ideas come to fruition with both a team of creatives and independently, and am continually learning how to make a positive impact on the human experience. Outside of my design work, you can find me volunteering with the sweetest dogs and cats at the animal shelter, rock climbing and conquering my fear of falling, dancing with a jump rope, or cooking up a new recipe from the interwebs. If you have any questions regarding my experience or portfolio work, don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. Happy browsing! ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Test Double Jan 2025 – Present Subcontracted to Trane Technologies: • Lead redesigns for our residential websites to elevate user experience and improve conversion rates through A/B testing. • Collaborate with a team of researchers, designers, and developers to update the current UX/UI of the current Home app for future releases. • Document and reconstruct parts of our design system to unify our UI across the Home app and thermostats. ### Freelance Designer @ Self-Employed Jan 2020 – Present • Raised LinkedIn Impressions by 426% for the company Bloom Forward by launching blog illustrations, marketing materials, and consistent branding. • Awarded Honorable Mention by Adobe for my designed mobile app “Beecoming” while competing solo against 96 professional teams in a 3-day design sprint. • Published flawless marketing campaign assets and promotion materials following Columbia Sportswear’s overarching style guides so that customers could learn about prAna’s newest product launches. • Revitalized the West Whittier Paint Company’s logo to better align with their family’s story and current branding;
