‣ [Marketing/Engineering One-Man Team] Singlehandedly coordinated and managed all of Digit’s marketing tech stack, leading to across the board improvements across marketing, data, and engineering. Notable achievements include the integration of Instapage (a marketing landing page platform which enabled the marketing team to create, test, and launch their own landing pages) and the migration from AppsFlyer to Singular (mobile attribution platforms)
‣ [User Tracking Standardization/Upgrades] Designed and implemented a fundamental overhaul for how tracking events were done for the Digit mobile app, leading to a standardized system which allowed the Digit data team to more easily track user flows
‣ [Security Refresh] Led and managed a team of engineers to improve security for the mobile app by introducing a three tiered authentication flow for login/session management (biometrics ⇢ passcode ⇢ password)
‣ [Leadership/Cross Functional Collaboration] With the three projects above, I was the sole owner and drove the project(s) from start to finish, which included weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders and cross functional teams, writing, revising, and presenting technical specs, and breaking down work into tickets for the team’s engineers
‣ [Onboarding Flow] Collaborated with a team of engineers to completely revamp the onboarding flow of the Digit mobile app. This included updating and refreshing the existing Digit app, as well as creating a fully new flow for Digit’s second product offering, Digit Direct
‣ [Mobile App Work (iOS/Android)] During my time at Digit, I created multiple pages/flows for both the Digit website and the mobile app according to design/tracking specs from the design and data team respectively. My work encapsulated the entirety of the mobile app, including the onboarding flow, user profile, settings, bank connection, savings goals, etc
‣ [Misc] Testing coverage upgrades, A/B experimentation, on-call, hiring efforts
