Built Facebook Marketing Programs & Platforms, the program is now in 40 countries and cover 90% of global Facebook agency revenue. Works include wire-framing landing pages, user experience for internal tools, creating technical how-to steps, white board concepts, to creating low-to-high fidelity wireframe prototype.

Lead design engagements and drive the design direction. Consulted clients on UX solution and product strategy. Built wireframes and information architecture for mobile apps, software and websites. Help build a human-centred design culture and establish the design process.
