Spearheaded the design, development and deployment of Jazelle, an open sourced monorepo management system based on Yarn and Bazel, which powers the web monorepo at Uber. It's an integral part of its massively parallelized CI architecture, version policy management, security vulnerability response and many other crucial aspects of code quality enforcement for over a thousand projects.

Actively improved engineering productivity by implementing automation tooling for common tedious tasks across teams/orgs, leading efforts to create comprehensive, high quality documentation, as well as engaging in the engineering mentoring program, and helping maintain a high quality headcount by interviewing over a hundred senior engineer level candidates.

Developed and maintained a full stack open source framework called Fusion.js, which based on React and Koa, and is used by hundreds of web projects at Uber.
