• Developed Python service to import data from our new internal NextGen data service to our

3rd-party hosted Outreach instance. Worked with the business, our Outreach consultant and

NextGen developer to identify the data we required from our internal Loan Assist and CRM

apps and how we would transform it to support our Outreach implementation.

• Technical lead for internal CRM app built with Quick Base (QB). Responsible for data model

and operational support, developed and enhanced Loans and Communications functionality,

and made broad-based enhancements and bug fixes throughout the app using QB tables,

fields, formulas, forms, reports, automations and webhooks.

• Responsible for Python service that provided integration between our CRM app, our Railsbased

Loan Assist system and our NextGen database. Implemented SQL, built functions and

fixed bugs in Python to sync data and call Loan Assist APIs. Monitored DataDog alerts and

responded to issues for operations support.

• Worked on building a standard Python/MySQL dev env in Ubuntu using Vagrant/virtualenv.

• Developed Java app to import Twitter data into a neo4j database.

• Designed and developed business objects, forms with JavaScript and process flows for an

internal USPS call center web application using Kana SEM.

• Performed testing, troubleshooting and resolved problems in Kana SEM Adaptive Desktop

running in IE8 and Firefox using Firebug, DbVisualizer, WPS and back end Linux tools.

• As a Product Owner using Agile/SCRUM, directed the development and specification of

several functional modules of the first 4 releases of Kana’s SaaS, cloud-enabled next

generation enterprise customer service product, Kana SEM.

• Produced user stories, PRD’s and functional specifications (FS’s), reviewed and approved test

plans and completed functionality, and triaged defects for the product’s case/user/customer

management, task inbox, and various back-end services.

• Tested features on Firefox and IE. Used WPS, DbVisualizer and Linux to check the system.

• Created the functional spec, design and architecture of a batch file processing module of a dispute

resolution system for a Websphere/Oracle/AIX environment.

• Collaborated with the project’s business analysts to refine specifications and to ensure that

the design met the requirements.

• Led an implementation team of 3 engineers in developing this module using Java.
