Worked with the business, our Outreach consultant and NextGen developer to identify the data we required from our internal Loan Assist and CRM apps and how we would transform it to support our Outreach implementation. • Technical lead for internal CRM app built with Quick Base (QB). Responsible for data model and operational support, developed and enhanced Loans and Communications functionality, and made broad-based enhancements and bug fixes throughout the app using QB tables, fields, formulas, forms, reports, automations and webhooks. • Responsible for Python service that provided integration between our CRM app, our Railsbased Loan Assist system and our NextGen database. Implemented SQL, built functions and fixed bugs in Python to sync data and call Loan Assist APIs.
