I consider myself as a “generalist” Software Engineer. While Backend has been and will continue to be my main focus (e.g. distributed systems, database / message queue technologies, search, APIs, data processing pipelines, etc.), I have worked on multiple Frontend projects (mostly React) whenever my team needed some extra help, and I won’t mind doing it again.
