• Leading the development of the Esusu Mobile App (Flutter), from design to publishing in app stores which currently has a 4.6 ⭐ rating
• Delivering key features that drive engagement including integrating with external partners, creating an internal content management system, and creating tiered user experiences
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the Esusu Mobile App and Direct to Consumer service for a historically B2B service, creating a new revenue stream for the company
