Led Product Design for Facebook's Creator and Publisher experience, building tools to help video creators succeed which included Creator Tools, Creator Studio, Video Insights, Music Publisher Experience and Rights Manager. Supported a team of designers across the US; San Francisco, Menlo Park, Seattle, LA, New York.

Led the product design team for consumer, small business and enterprise digital products. This included Australia Post’s mobile app, tracking & notifications, alternative addresses (e.g. Parcel Lockers), Australia Post for Small Business portal and lodgements B2B interface for large contract customers.

I am an official Judge of the 23rd AMY Awards - Rewarding Digital Brilliance. Run by AIMIA, The AMY Awards are the most celebrated Awards in Australia’s Digital Industry, rewarding digital brilliance and honouring the work and people in Digital Creative, Content, Services and Applications.

I was part of a core leadership group that built ANZ's first in-house Digital Experience Design team. This team then went on to redesign all major digital retail channels for ANZ, ANZ.com, Internet Banking website, goMoney app. Established operating model for delivery following a dual-track approach, running parallel streams for experience strategy and Lean UX agile delivery process.
