Led the design and development of an therapy intake and appointment scheduling web app, automating a previously manual intake + scheduling process, resulting in record week-over-week increases in therapy bookings.

Led migration of the codebase from silo'd frontend and backend apps to a monorepo using Turborepo, enabling code re-use and improving integration between different parts of the application.

Implemented CI/CD and automated releases using Fly.io and Docker. Setup automated testing, coverage reporting, and linting checks on PRs and on staging/production releases.
