Designed complex assemblies for electronics packaging of in-vivo devices using Solidworks, GD&T principles and thermal analyses (simulation and hardware testing). Created mechanisms and tools for complex surgical procedures, including prototyping, testing, and failure analysis. Designed and tested brain implant interface with surgical robot computer vision and optics, working closely with software team.

Developed products for health, consumer electronics, and robotics clients. Designed mechanisms and materials solutions for engineering challenges, and created test fixtures to aid in the engineering process. Performed FEAs, stress, strain, tolerance and thermodynamic analysis, using CAD, Matlab, and other tools.
