I’m Lil — a product designer with over 12 years of experience. Some of my specialities include:

• designing for scale — growing and managing a platform across multiple stakeholders
• leveraging user-research to inform design decision-making in support of validated user-needs
• collaborating with product and engineering to ensure our UX approach supports our strategy in the most impactful and resource efficient way
• public-speaking (and mentoring others at it)

Aside from tech, I once played Smash Bros. Melee competitively under the gamer-tag, Milktea. My role as a competitor transitioned into an activist over the years, who advocated for women in esports. This eventually culminated into co-founding the initiative, Smash Sisters.
