• Intelligent safety platform that securely links life-saving data from connected devices, apps and sensors to RapidSOS safety agents, 911 and field responders globally.
• Designing for commercial data enablement team - providing 911 operators and first responders access to critical B2B client data during emergencies

### User Experience Designer @ Blackbaud
Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Charleston, South Carolina
• Lead UX designer supporting development teams on Luminate Online, Blackbaud's fundraising and communications platform for enterprise-level nonprofits
• Increased enterprise email tool’s adoption rate and ease of use rating by leading design of intuitive new email-builder and marketing automation tools.
• Drove design strategy for integration of mobile app acquisition into Blackbaud’s core peer-to-peer fundraising platform
• Designed donation form experience and integration of financial data back into various CRMs
