Lily is a hybrid product leader, designer, and team builder for early stage product teams working on industry-defining technologies. A three-time pioneer in IoT, wearables, and digital therapeutics, she specializes in new-to-world experiences that leverage a foundational understanding of human behavior and technology.

Lily has over 15 years experience building market defining products across mental health, wearables, and smart home. As the head of product design and lead PM at Big Health, she helped overhaul the flagship product, Sleepio, and expanded the portfolio of mental health offerings to include two brand new fully-digital and highly-effective programs for anxiety and depression. 

At Fitbit, she led design for cross-platform products such as Reminders to Move, Sleep Stages, Sleep Insights, and Fitbit Coach. She was also the founding head of design at Lark Health where she launched the first bluetooth-connected, app-controlled sleep monitor and interactive sleep coach into Apple Stores globally, and created the original Lark Coach.
