Used principles from chaos engineering to design and build a C#-based fault injection service for the internal infrastructure layer that manages Azure data center hardware. The fault injection service triggers controlled failure scenarios live in production to exercise and validate failure detectors and failure recovery automation. This increases the confidence in Azure infrastructure's robustness and its ability to respond and adapt to unexpected disruptions and failures.

During the duration of my internship, I implemented the full stack feature called “Dine-In” for the NCR Silver Product. Small restaurants utilize the "Dine-In" feature in order to have a contactless dine-in experience during the COVID-19 crisis. This feature is currently in production and customers are actively using it. My fellow intern and I were awarded “Best Final Presentation” out of 300 interns.
