Created UX strategy and led design for innovative next-generation SD-WAN with Multi-Cloud integration. Outlined the future network vision with personas, stories and flows. Presented ideas to product management and engineering VPs to get support and resource. Collaborated across 7 teams to build SaaS in agile process.
Hosted meetings to engage with Cisco customers, partners, AWS, Azure and Google engineers. Aligned everyone on the same multi-cloud vision, user stories and product scope.
