• Helped create a company culture that thrives on communication and discipline all while having fun.

• Facilitated operations between Front of House and Back of House as well as between the dough and pastry teams. 
• Acted as a liaison between our flagship SF location and our Honolulu and Seoul, South Korea bakeries.
