As a Founding Engineer at Kona (1 out of 2), I helped build the foundation of an Al-powered sidekick for remote managers. Kona was acquired by 15Five in January 2025, marking a significant milestone in our mission to transform the future of work.
Key Contributions:
•Developed Kona's core Al capabilities, enabling real-time meeting insights, personalized feedback, and actionable follow-ups.
•Integrated Kona with Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet to provide seamless 24/7 support for managers.
•Built features to help managers prepare for 1:1s, draft performance reviews, run effective meetings, and navigate difficult conversations.
•Collaborated on creating a contextual Al system that learns and adapts to company-specific leadership philosophies and training content.
