Leading design for Zendesk’s analytics unification efforts, integrating HyperArc’s AI-native product into the Zendesk ecosystem, and establishing a customer-facing data platform.

Designed at the intersection of AI and BI for next-generation, AI-native analytics. Pre-pivot, this work included exploring web3's world of distributed ledger data. Post-pivot, I was focused on agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop experiences to make AI feel more useful, transparent, and trustworthy.

Advisory role with periodic strategic engagement for Ceylon by Anim Labs, the first and only skincare brand developed to improve skin for men of color.

I was Employee #2 at Banyan's enterprise security and network infrastructure startup. As the sole designer for the first 2.5 years (from Seed to Series B), I worked on all aspects of product and brand design while launching the company out of beta. In addition to managing design for all areas of the platform (web app, desktop clients, and mobile), I contributed to 3 different production codebases. I also worked on animation, content design, user research, pitch decks, product/marketing videos, trade-show materials, product education, culture-building, and hiring—whatever needed to get done!

Banyan grew to become an award-winning Zero Trust Remote Access Platform that replaces your traditional network appliances (VPNs, bastion hosts, proxies, gateways) with a modern, cloud-based ZTNA solution. I remained a consultant/advisor for 3 months prior to the acquisition by SonicWall in 2023.

Trifacta was acquired by Alteryx in 2022. I led design on several high-impact projects for Trifacta's data wrangling and transformation platform. Work involved extensive user research and qualitative analysis, ML-based predictive interaction models, and product design deliverables for strategic initiatives including: Google Cloud Data Prep (OEM), Enterprise SaaS, Self-Service, and Data Operationalization.

Notable projects: Data sampling, Join tool redesign, SDLC (export/import, migrations, mapping), Onboarding/ End-user adoption, BYOD and AWS integration, Multi-user data wrangling, and workflow automation.
