# Linh Pham > Product Designer | AI-native Analytics & Data Visualization Platforms | 4 exits, 20+ YOE Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/linhpham I’m a systems-oriented product designer with over 20 years of experience creating software products, working across research, design, prototyping, and production code. Much of my work sits at the intersection of data analytics, machine learning, AI, and infrastructure, where the problems are genuinely hard and the challenge is turning deeply technical concepts into tools people can understand and use. I’ve contributed to four startup exits (twice as the founding designer, once to a Fortune 500) which has shaped how I think about building from zero to one. Recognized as a SME in data visualization and dashboards during my time at Salesforce, I trained design teams on translating complex data into clear, actionable products. The theme across my enterprise career more broadly has been partnering closely with PM and engineering from concept through ship, and pushing for consumer-grade clarity in products that usually settle for less. Right now I’m most interested in AI products that help people reason about information. I’m especially drawn to the hard design problems around trust, uncertainty, adoption, and making model behavior more intuitive and legible to humans. ## Work Experience ### Principal Product Designer @ Zendesk Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States Leading design for Zendesk’s analytics unification efforts, integrating HyperArc’s AI-native product into the Zendesk ecosystem, and establishing a customer-facing data platform. ### Founding Product Designer (Acquired by Zendesk) @ HyperArc (Acq. by Zendesk) Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco, California, United States Designed at the intersection of AI and BI for next-generation, AI-native analytics.
