We are looking for a leader who is an exemplary hands-on UX manager and will help grow and lead a strong design team and culture. Focusing on user needs and wants, he/she will push the boundaries of what’s possible while leading the user experiences for our products.
Also, we need the person to play a part in Product Management. He/she will follow the product vision from CEO, collaborate with the engineering team, marketing team and BD team, design new features and drive product development from concept to implementation.

-	Partner with CEO, CTO, and CMO to define requirements and roadmaps for all BorderX Lab products including Beyond iOS app, Beyond Android app, H5 app and the websites, to execute short-term wins and achieve long-term goals.
-	Well understand users' needs and translate them into product features.
-	Lead UX team to design low-fidelity paper prototype and clickable prototype (using tools such as InVision and Pixate) for flows and interactions, and guide design of high-fidelity prototype toward a high standard of excellence.

-	Define metrics for each product feature and guide future releases with measuring results.

- Built a strong 15-person cross-functional product design team. Led the team to design paper prototype, user flow maps, interactive prototype, user interfaces, motion effects, user research, brand vision, creating a simple and elegant product.
- In charge of and overseeing the overall design direction for the Sogou Explorer products, including Sogou Explorer for iOS, Sogou Explorer for Android, Sogou Explorer for desktop and the website ie.sogou.com.
- Led and guided junior, senior, and freelance designers on day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Responsible for such aspects as new hire integration, resource management, training, performance reviews, career development and compensation adjustments.
- Used different types of research methodology to gather both qualitative and quantitative data in relation to our products, helped improve the product experiences or applied to entirely new product features.
- Analyzed data to understand user behavior for product features, figured out how to improve the design or the product function.
- Worked closely with development and test engineers, to make sure the user experience is exactly the same as the design prototype.
- Worked closely with product managers, discussed the features from the very beginning, sometimes, led UX team to manage features.

Sogou Input Method, which is being used by over 500 million users in China

- Defined visual style of Sogou Input Method for Mac.
- Designed the user interface and interactive prototype for Sogou Input Panel, built the design language and UI guidelines.
- Managed the product of Sogou Input Panel for two months.
- Designed the user interface of Sogou Input Method for iOS.
