# Lis García Calvo > Product Designer Location: Greater Vigo Metropolitan Area, Spain Profile: https://flows.cv/lis I learnt my craft by drawing, designing graphics, taking photographs and coding websites. Later I moved towards fluid interface design that plays an integral part in an intuitive user experience. I have become fascinated by human behaviour and the underlying reasons which cause people to act as they do. In addition, I have started to explore how we react to external inputs and non-verbal language. During my day to day work at Sparta, I am team player with experience in defining products and features; skilled in cross-team collaboration, supporting implementation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and thorough documentation. Above all, I always have my mission statement in mind: To work with technology and communication methods in order to provoke feeling and provide meaningful experiences. ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Sparta Commodities Jan 2022 – Present | Виго Product designer at Sparta Commodities focused on data-dense, systems-level design for commodity trading. I lead the design system powering the platform across web and mobile, and work directly with traders and engineers to turn complex domain problems into well-structured, consistent interfaces. My work spans UX research, interaction design, and design-to-code collaboration. ### Product designer with PO responsibilities @ Quobis Jan 2017 – Jan 2022 At Quobis, I led the product design for iOS, Android, and web platforms with a strong focus on user experience. I was deeply involved in every stage of the design process, from creating intuitive user experiences and interactive interfaces to developing and maintaining a cohesive design system that supported the product's structure. I worked closely with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and users, to ensure the design aligned with both user needs and business goals. As a Product Owner in an Agile environment, I also managed the implementation process, ensuring that design principles were consistently applied throughout development. ### Web and Graphic designer / Marketing @ Quobis Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | Polígono A Granxa, 36400 - O Porriño (Spain) Web designer: - Front-end in the development of websites where the product Sippo’s features are presented. - Prototyping of apps (Sketch, illustrator, after effects, photoshop and Marvel). - Mantenance, manage, front-end modifications and updates of the corporate website (Wordpress).
