Lead a high-impact, full product redesign through coordinating across Product, Design and Engineering, hiring and managing contractors, establishing a modular architecture, and building out the foundational design patterns with accessible, responsive, and performant CSS/HTML code base taking advantage of LESS compilation, a grid system and supporting a progressive enhancement approach to browser support. 2. Acted as technical lead for all design implementation in the CSS layer, establishing standards, mentoring colleagues and providing thorough code reviews to ensure our presentation layer was of the highest quality for ALL users. 3. Transitioned the JS code base away from a cluster of plugins and JQuery UI towards the use of a consolidated cleaner library (JQTools) 4. Advocated for the implementation of a development process that allows for clearer specs and goals by the time the project reaches the technological team 5.
