•	Saved user times and kept Adobe as biggest customer by deploying PMDI’s software inside Adobe’s intranet, designed ETL package that extracted Adobe’s data from PMDI’s database server and loaded to Adobe’s internal database, integrated login to Adobe’s LDAP login.
•	As a member of the core team, attended customer meetings at client’s sites with decision maker, addressing customer concerns and providing technical support, gathering customer requirement and feedback, created 2 new applications and improved existing apps as a result.
