Designed and implemented a hub-and-spoke data model for robust data isolation across business partners; cutover with with zero incidents.

Redesigned user onboarding to streamline flows, improve user experience, and support data isolation across tenants.

Designed, built, and deployed several cloud services on Node.js/NestJS/TypeScript with: AWS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes + ArgoCD, Terraform, and Auth0.

Introduced new Architecture Review and Incident Management processes to drive stakeholder alignment and tighten feedback loops.
