I work across both the control and data planes of the Amazon Chime SDK org. I focus simultaneously on the high level architecture and design required to make our services highly available and secure, while also digging in to the minutiae of media processing algorithms.
In this role, I always try to put myself in the mindset of our customers--the developers writing software using our APIs--and do my best to build a consistent and intuitive developer experience.
Working closely with my cross functional team, I have shipped many new features for customers and launched exciting new services including Call Analytics, which "gives developers low-code solutions for generating cost-effective insights from real-time audio, including audio ingestion, analysis, alerting, and data lake integration".
