Helped launched an ecosystem of management products for small-size fleets. My main role was to build an agnostic design system and design wireframes that spanned multiple ecosystems: web, tablet and mobile.

I worked with a team of 3 where I lead the design strategy to create a solution for an exercising video website that implemented best practices for accessibility targeting older adults. As a team, we conducted user interviews, affinity map, personas, comparative analysis, user flow, sitemap, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping.

Responsible for creating customer-centric digital and print experiences to engage users to the retail space. I also designed wayfinding, navigational, and infographic solutions to help users shop the aisles. One of my biggest contributions was a company-wide rebranding of OSH's customer-facing institutional signage system. In those efforts, I redefined the typography, photography, and content strategy direction. In terms of digital, I introduced animation into our emails and advertising materials.

Rebranded CAAEN’s 2012 look and feel to align with CAAEN’s organizational re-structure. I also promoted CAEEN networking events by creating visual marketing materials for the 2012 Holiday Dinner, Work- LIfe- Balance, and the Face-to-Face programs.
