•Research new audiences who may need specific continuing education requirements so Great Minds Seminars can offer more courses
•Administer the seminar online to ensure the speaker and attendees do not have any technical issues
•Provide customer support and address inquiries effectively
•Collaborate with my business partner to identify and resolve any technical issues that happens during the seminar.
