• Submitted 2 patents to the US Patents Office on behalf of Kyocera, based on a new workflow experience when uploading multiple documents to our document management system product.
• Led 5+ workshops with over 8 cross-functional teams in order to establish a collaborative company culture in our remote teams, bringing in stakeholders into the design process and gathering new perspectives from colleagues in other departments (e.g. ideas for logo designs, brainstorming new team processes and project planning benchmarks, etc.)
• Initial lead designer for our newest AI platform product, working closely with AI engineers and respective product managers to get their input for requirements and end-user experiences, iterating on an ongoing basis using Lovable AI designs as a communication tool for non-designers.
• Design system creation and contributions for multiple pages within our design system and the respective guidelines for usage, as well as presenting past user research findings and new developments of our design system to stakeholders such as developers, C-suite executives, upper management and product managers across our company.
• Mentored and provided guidance/feedback for our market researcher and other designers when hosting/creating workshops for other teams, product design tweaks and improvements, and managing stakeholders in presentations and communications.
• Currently improving handoff processes for better efficiency between design and development teams, as well as improving the ecosystem of our suite of products through spotting user pain points and areas of opportunity to simplify our users' workflows for each product.
