I head up Commerce UX within the new YouTube Subscriptions Org, and our team is responsible for the global purchase journeys and member experiences behind YouTube’s billion-dollar subscription business. By bridging complex business and technical requirements with seamless UI, my team drives conversion and retention for flagship products like YouTube Premium, YouTube TV, and NFL Sunday Ticket. I focus on building scalable design systems that balance user trust with aggressive business growth.

I lead the Google Discover UX team, shaping how millions of people engage with a personalized feed of news and content. I drive design strategy and run UX design sprints to explore innovative ways of presenting diverse formats—text, images, and video—through interaction design, prototyping, and user research. I also lead experiments in content clustering and information architecture to help users seamlessly explore related topics, improving usability, engagement, and personalization.

2017–2021 | Content Creation – Feed, Stories & Reels

Led design for Reels, Feed, and Stories creation, making content creation easier through ML-powered tools and collaborating with art teams on engaging AR effects. Integrated data and user research to inform decisions, and drove the unification of Facebook and Instagram creation, building a single platform with consistent UI for cross-app content creation.

2015–2017 | Design Lead – Messenger & Oculus

First design lead for Oculus Social, creating features like Oculus Parties, Events, and Profiles to help people connect in VR. Built abuse prevention tools to improve safety and user experience.
