Responsible for defining metrics and objectives, product strategy, partnering with user researchers and content strategists, crafting interaction and visual designs, prototyping, usability testing, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Also, redesigned some software tools that helped Walmart scale Grocery pick-up and delivery operations from 1000 to over 3000 stores in the US. This covers more than 80% of the US.
