As lead interaction designer for IDEO.com, oversaw a project to fully modernize legacy design assets, including: Transferring inherited Sketch designs into a properly organized and documented pattern library in Figma; updating UX and design language to prioritize accessibility.

Partnered cross-functionally with marketing and development teams to design new features for IDEO.com, from wireframes to launch. Managed and led UX/UI design for a large-scale internal web resource for IDEO employees. Produced design assets for IDEO social media and illustrations for the company blog.

Created and maintained a digital pattern library. Worked closely with development team and product manager to execute digital designs for the ecommerce site from wireframes to launch. Lead a small team of designers on the creation of all digital assets.
