• Developed new capability to generate loan offers linked to a third party credit union investor which require the user to complete a credit union membership signup flow, with the goal to increase the company’s funding capacity.
• Developed new capability to generate an incentive or discount to recover applicants from loan offer drop-off. Close collaboration with marketing, credit risk, legal and compliance, and backend platform Eng. teams.
• Proposed a full redesign and upgrade of the end to end customer journey for the debt consolidation loan and its direct pay functionality to solve existing confusion and friction in the application process and increase awareness of the product and its benefits. Potential to drive $480M incr./year. Currently working on implementation.
