I worked on a proprietary tool that provided a master portal for testing documentation and scheduling within a large acquisition program. The client was Navy.

I was a liaison at WNY, a superuser of the web application we offered, and was managing a junior software developer week to week.

I also was tasked as an internal communicator, usually to transmit technical information to audiences in need of customized explanatory materials. I have produced short PowerPoints, longer technical documents, and animations.
I was episodically involved in doing editing and production work for AIM staff and members.
I was an instructor at their after school and summer video camps.
I assisted in research during the setup of the WERA radio station.
As part of my relationship with AIM, I had the chance to take several professional six week classes in field production, studio production, video editing, and audio editing.
I helped to develop the "National Dialogue Monitor" a product making use of computational linguistics and large scale news and social media mining to establish the tide of public opinion. Developed for companies and political campaigns.
