In order to help pay for school, I worked several "side gigs" including bartending and child care. I do not consider these my primary jobs, but additions to my responsibilities as a branch manager for Revolution Prep.
Started my own branch of Revolution Prep in Chapel Hill by developing relationships with Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, marketing toward high school students with free events and partnerships with college counselors, working with mentor groups to arrange a scholarship course program, publishing articles about my branch's success in local newspaper and magazine, and making the transition from a summer internship to a permanent foothold in the Chapel Hill area. Raised over $11,000 in revenue in the four months I was "open" and am continuing to grow in the area.
