Conducted mixed-methods research on Ring's community features, managing concurrent projects with shifting priorities. Executed research at scale: 150-200 participants for media-rich surveys; applied statistical analysis. Presented insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners (PMs, Designers); integrated AI tools (Amazon internal & agentic, Dscout native) to streamline research workflows. Led workshops to collaboratively redesign team research processes.

Contract Project: mobile website design, building out an interview prep course for formerly incarcerated program participants seeking jobs as newly licensed truck drivers. Led ideation through design sprint, conducted 3 rounds of iterative prototyping and usability testing.
